Adam currently serves as a Portfolio Manager overseeing in-house and third-party commercial real estate assets, joining Block & Company, Inc., Realtors in 2025. His role focuses on asset strategy and optimization, tenant relations, management, and operation planning for the retail portfolio.

Adam's career in commercial real estate spans over 15 years, progressing from a Senior Associate in leasing to director-level roles in development, leasing, management, and operations. Adam has worked across diverse property types-retail, mixed-use, and multifamily-with prominent commercial real estate firms including Big Shopping Centers USA, Centercal Properties, the California State Teacher Retirement System (CalSTRS), Anderson-Crain Investment Group, and Michael A Pollack Real Estate Investments.

Adam attended Kansas State University on a full-ride basketball scholarship and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University, where he served as team captain for the men's basketball team. He was a licensed real estate agent in Arizona and Kansas and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for 15 years.

Adam is particularly interested in revitalizing commercial property and building long-term relationships in the community. His professional strengths are in strategic planning, portfolio management and optimization, lease structuring, and value-add redevelopment.

Adam is blessed to share life with his wife Amy and two children, Thatcher and Jersey. He is passionate about community, music, mentoring, and enjoying moments with family and friends.
