Ashley Raab, originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, is a member of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors' Property Management team. As Portfolio Manager, she oversees asset performance, financial strategy, and portfolio execution across her assigned assets. Driven by a passion for developing strong standard operating procedures (SOPs) that create operational clarity and consistency, Ashley enjoys working behind the scenes to optimize performance and deliver measurable results.

Ashley brings 13 years of experience in multifamily property management. Most recently, she managed a portfolio of four townhouse communities and two homeowners associations (HOAs) across multiple markets. She began her career in Michigan as a Leasing Consultant and was promoted to Assistant Manager and Property Manager within her first year. Since then, Ashley has managed diverse portfolios including multifamily, student housing, Section 8, and Class A assets across Michigan, Arkansas, Indiana, and now Missouri.

Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University and is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and two-time Property Manager award recipient. She is currently pursuing her real estate license in both Kansas and Missouri.

Ashley values kindness, empathy, and a strong work ethic. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, attending live music and sporting events, and spending time with her family and her pup, Dobby.
