Sam's Club opens at Raymore Galleria

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is proud to announce the opening of a new Sam's Club at their Raymore Galleria development. The new anchor tenant will be a great addition to the 400,000 square foot retail power shopping center located at 58 Highway & Dean Avenue in Raymore, Missouri just east of the new I-49 interstate (previously 71 Highway). Measuring approximately 136,000 square feet, the new club opened on October 30th and will feature a variety of members-only amenities, including a Fresh Bakery, a Tire and Battery Center, a Cafe, and a Fuel Station.

This is second Sam's Club opening for Block & Company in the past year with their Plaza at the Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas opening last October.

Raymore Galleria is presently home to a freestanding Lowe's and OfficeMax, NTB, Firestone, Belfonte's Premier Express Carwash, Steak 'n Shake, UMB Bank, and additional retailers.
