Block & Company, Inc., Realtors sells Ridgeview Falls Shopping Center in Olathe, Kansas

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold the 11,403 square foot fully occupied Ridgeview Falls Shopping Center located at 119th Street & Ridgeview Road in Olathe, Kansas. The center contains six tenants including Asian Pearl Restaurant, Glace Nails, Smooth Liquor, Allstate, Anderson Family Dental, and Ridgeview Eyecare.

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented both sides of the sale transaction with agents David Block and Pam Peterson representing the buyer and Steve Gasperi representing the seller, Building 12 LLC.
