Taco Bell coming to Plaza at the Speedway

Taco Bell signed a 20 year ground lease for the 28,730 sq ft of land at the Plaza at the Speedway located at I-435 & Parallel Parkway in Kansas City, Kansas.

The restaurant will sit on the pad site in front of the new Wal-Mart Supercenter and is set to open for business in November/December 2009. Plaza at the Speedway is anchored by Best Buy and Kohl's with the new Wal-Mart Supercenter scheduled to open in late October.
