Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, is pleased to announce that The Smoke Stop, located at 318 N Plum Street in Hutchinson, KS, has successfully been purchased by a new ownership group. The new owners, Omaha First Corporation and HZ Properties LLC, have opted to sign a new lease with the longtime existing tenant,
The Smoke Stop.
The 1,400 square-foot building has been leased and managed by Block & Company since it was a Pizza Hut in the 1990s.
