Block negotiates Sale of Hy-Vee to Special Client in Liberty, MO

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors sold the 65,000 square foot
Hy-Vee building and 7.54 acres of land located at 1332 W. Kansas Street, at the intersection of 152 Highway & 291 Highway in Liberty, Missouri, to Daniel Feldman and Sahrene Feldman-Buckwalter, owners and operators of Feldmans Town and Country Farm and Home Implement Store.

Hy-Vee will continue using the existing store under a sale leaseback program until December 2010. They will then move to a larger brand new building under construction across the street at Liberty Triangle.

The Feldman's own and operate 4 stores throughout the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area, they are located in Blue Springs, Odessa, and Liberty, Missouri, and Bonner Springs, Kansas.

Block & Company has represented the Feldman's for the last 25 years and has been involved with the acquisition and/or leasing of all of their stores in the metro area.
