Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is pleased to announce that they recently secured the lease listings for Independence Center Mall in Independence, MO and West Ridge Mall in Topeka, KS.

Independence Center Mall, located at 18801 E. 39th Street, in Independence, Missouri, is an over one million square foot super-regional shopping mall anchored by Dillard's and Dick's Sporting Goods. It is ideally located in Jackson County at the northeast quadrant of I-470 and I-70, the dominant interstate running through Kansas City. It provides unrivaled regional access to Missouri's most desirable suburbs and is one of the region's only fully enclosed shopping malls, proving to be a year-round destination. With 12 million annual visitors, Independence Center has consistently been named the most visited attraction in Independence, Missouri.

Various safety improvements have been made, including the addition of the Independence Police Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Efforts to revitalize the mall include interior changes to add office space, specifically for Advisors Excel's headquarters. This addition would bring around 1,000 employees to the property and deliver consistent traffic to the tenants every workday.
