Petco recently leased the remaining approximately 18,500 square foot end cap space in Orchard Corners Shopping Center. Petco will join Sierra, a retailer of off-price merchandise operated by the TJX Companies, in the former 37,000 square foot SteinMart space located on the southwest corner of 95th Street & Quivira Road in Lenexa, Kansas. David M. Block successfully negotiated both the Petco and Sierra lease transactions on behalf of the property owners.
