Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold the 5,946 square-foot Stroud's Restaurant building located at 4200 Shawnee Mission Parkway in Fairway, Kansas. The real estate was sold for an undisclosed amount. The property will continue to operate as a Stroud's Restaurant under the new owner.

David M. Block of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors negotiated the sale of the real estate on behalf of the seller, Redbarry-Fairway, LLC. Block & Company, Inc., Realtors had been the long time property management and leasing company for the property.
